Dr. Samir Patel, DDS

Doctor of Dental Surgery — New York University College of Dentistry

Dr. Patel has practiced dentistry for more than 15 years and founded Plainsboro Family Dentistry in 2010. He is known for a calm chairside manner, careful treatment planning, and taking the time to explain options before any procedure begins.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Patel provided dental care through United Nations and UNICEF health programs overseas. That work reinforced his belief that every patient — regardless of background — deserves respectful, thorough care.

Dr. Pande focuses on comfortable, informative visits where patients understand their treatment and feel confident in their care. He takes a measured approach to dentistry — listening first, then recommending care that fits each person's goals and timeline.

His residency training at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital included restorative dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, dental emergencies, implant surgery and restorations, and clear aligner therapy. He welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds.
